We are a new and passionate culinary team specialising in Guizhou-style tomato soup, a dish rooted in the traditional methods and recipes of the Miao villages in China.

By combining authentic Chinese techniques with fresh Danish tomatoes and potatoes, and rice noodles, we’ve created a healthy, simple, fully 🍃plant-based dish - Fermented tomato soup.

We are four young food lovers who want to bring our most proud Chinese cuisine - Guizhou-style tomato soup noodle to Danish food lovers’ stomach.

Saibowl, offers a unique fusion of Asian culinary traditions and locally sourced Danish organic produce.
Saibowl is the name of our signature dish and also the name of our brand. Together with our catchy brand and menu, you will remember it in the first glance.
