Muri
is a Copenhagen-based fermented beverage producer that creates alcohol-free “wine alternatives” using multiple fermentation techniques, foraged botanicals, and culinary processes rather than simply dealcoholizing wine.
These drinks are designed to be layered, textured, and food-friendly – similar to wine pairings – while remaining non-alcoholic (<0.5% ABV) and free of additives like sulphites and preservatives.
They do not remove alcohol from wine. They build drinks from raw ingredients and use techniques like koji, kvass, lacto-fermentation. This makes Muri philosophically aligned with Guizhou cuisine.
